BaB server kicks

Do you need to install multiple versions with different levels of patches to play the lower versions or am I missing something (OMG how dumb is this bloke I hear you say :p)

to play an old version once you install it dont patch it
make a folder somewhere i named them COD4 v1.0 1.5 1.6 then you copy the COD4 install folder into the 1.0 folder then patch it to say 1.2 (oringanal install that is in programs folder where it auto installs when installing from Disk) then copy it to another folder again and so on so really you have like 3 or 4 installs of COD4 all running different versions

Ack - Followed the guide but when I copy the activation folder it seems to already be set to 1.6. I had a look around to see if I could seem some sort of easily removable patch folder but there was none. Any Ideas or is it a case of save players folder to keep profiles safe, uninstall the whole game then reinstall. Copy the folders out then patch ?

All of us play 1.6, like Neo said, only some of us play older versions as we have a 1.0 server, there are no advantages to playing the older versions (and pointless imo) and is purely to get more ppl on to TS and to game with us :D

if there are 3 people that say they are a family all with phyco at the front of there name turn the voting off if its ever on while they are on cos theyll vote kick admin (or anyone) so they can be the only people on the server sorry if im bein pushy



edit..... added "phyco" to the banlist for you m8.... Do me a favour tho next time and start your own thread rather than jumping on the back of a 3 month old one, its more likely to be noticed :)
